We work with you to establish your path to success:

1 // We meet with you either by video call or in person for your expert-access design consultation, after which you receive a post-session report.

You then retain us to determine:

2 // What municipal requirements will affect your project and how.

3 // Who you need on your team (builder, engineers, etc), plus recommendations.

4 // What your pathway to success looks like.

5 // Drawings we produce:

1 to 2 SCHEMATIC DRAWINGS TO ILLUSTRATE THE

DESIGN VISION

Simple line drawings, Typically 2D, 3D as needed

PHASE 2:

We work with you to move forward with your steps to success:

1 // Virtual and on-site meetings to finalize design decisions and coordinate with your builder.

2 // Vendor visits to finalize selections.

3 // Drawings we produce:

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT, PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY & PRICING DRAWING SET

Typically 6 to 8 pages, Includes: floor plans and elevations and/or 3D line drawings. Feasibility & pricing sets also include lighting layout plans, list of scope of work, and preliminary schedules for items like doors, windows, lights, and cabinets.

PHASE 3:

We continue working with you to complete all of your steps to success:

1 // Virtual and on-site meetings to finalize pre-construction preparation.

2 // Coordination with your builder to answer questions and address permit comments.

3 // Drawings we produce:

ENHANCED FEASIBILITY, PRICING, & PERMIT DRAWING SET

Typically 10 or more pages, Includes: all the drawings in the prior description, plus interior room views, demolition floor plans, construction notes, and any other drawings required by the permitting authority.

PHASE 4:

We support your success with your builder all the way to completion:

1 // Site visits at key project milestones, typically 3 to 6 depending on the scope of work.

2 // Coordination with your builder to answer questions.

3 // Drawings we produce:

CONSTRUCTION DRAWING SET

Typically 15 or more pages, Include: all the drawings in the prior description, plus specifications, schedules, and construction details to promote design and construction follow-through in the field.
